We are trying to:

  • reduce our dependence on fossil energy sources, in favour of renewable ones (photovoltaic, solar thermal, district heating by pellet boiler);
  • practice primary production and processing with the least environmental impact: we follow low environmental impact agriculture's principle; we constantly grow at least 50% of our fields with polyennial plants, which improve soil fertility; our sheep feed only on forage produced in our land; we eliminated soy and corn from the ration, to avoid unknowingly using GMO foods.

Our agri-food products

La Campana farm has a good (and tasty!) production of preserves. Fruit juices and jams will never be lacking on the breakfast buffet. After dinner, you will taste the VinCotto, a typical wine from Piceno. We also produce tomato preserves, fruit in syrup and fruit mustard, extra-virgin oil.
