Born from the bold initiative of a group of citizens who have returned to the countryside, the Cooperativa La Campana has overstepped its thirtieth year of operation. A Bride Land, this, looked after with love by the work of the members themselves.

Agriturismo La Campana is located just 7 kilometers from the beaches of Cupra Marittima, on the Riviera delle Palme, and less than an hour from the Sibillini Mountains, overlooking the Val Menocchia, in the rolling hills between Montefiore dell'Aso and Ripatransone. From here, it is possible to quickly reach the main tourist destinations of the Piceno and the cities of Fermo and Ascoli Piceno.

Farm holidays

A holiday at Agriturismo La Campana can be experienced in many different ways, according to personal interests, passions and needs. The "borgo" consists in Nineteenth-Century farmhouses (case coloniche), restored about 1980. Some of which currently house the rooms of the Agriturismo.

At our guests' disposal: *wonderful swimming-pool with solarium and jacuzzi, overlooking the charming hills of Val Menocchia; *tennis court; *playground for children; *two small music-halls with pianos, for your practice and fun; *one hectare wide park for walking and relaxing.

Rooms and Accommodation

The rooms' furniture and textiles is cared about in every detail by our style designer. The ten Agriturismo's rooms can accommodate up to 31 people. We have double rooms, triple rooms, quadruple rooms and one suite/family-room.

"Zero Km" Cuisine

Our cuisine is based on local products and our farm's products. Our cooks combine these ingredients with their creativity and skill to prepare for you a daily selection of delicious and genuine dishes. You can choose between B&B and Half Board treatment.

LaCampanaCard

Agriturismo La Campana created for you a net of agreements with bathhouses, shops, restaurants, horse-riding clubs, sport-clubs and an adventure park. In the flyer, you will find more details and useful information to explore the area.

Parties and Meetings

We can accommodate parties and banquets for Weddings, Baptisms, Communions and Confirmations. But also Birthday parties, conferences and incentive meetings. In springtime and summertime, it is possible to use the outdoor spaces of Patio and Arena.

Ecofriendly Farm

We are trying:

to reduce our dependence on fossil energy sources, in favour of renewable ones (photovoltaic, solar thermal, district heating by pellet boiler);
to practice primary production and processing with the least environmental impact: we follow low environmental impact agriculture's principle; we constantly grow at least 50% of our fields with polyennial plants, which improve soil fertility; our sheep feed only on forage produced in our land; we eliminated soy and corn from the ration, to avoid unknowingly using GMO foods.

Natural colors from Dyeing Herbs

Since the 1990s, we have been cultivating dyeing plants, extracting pigments and using these we dye natural fibres.
Our most important colour is indigo, extracted from the leaves of Guado (Isatis tinctoria) We participated in the rediscovery of its ancient method of extraction, in collaboration with the University of Pisa, Ancona and Camerino. Our Dyer is now among the top experts on a European level.

Silkworm from Le Marche

La Campana Soc.Coop.Agr. Participate as a leading company to the "Programma di Sviluppo Rurale della Regione Marche 2014/2020", having joined a pilot project for the "Introduction of innovative techniques in the traditional silkworm breeding".

Experiences and Tours

Ours is a multifunctional farm, born to satisfy the needs of the community members. Through a guided visit you can explore the breedings, the vegetable gardens, the orchards, the vineyards, the labs where we prepare confitures, tomato sauces, fruit juices and other preserved food.

Our agri-food products

La Campana farm has a good (and tasty!) production of preserves. Fruit juices and jams will never be lacking on the breakfast buffet. After dinner, you will taste the VinCotto, a typical wine from Piceno. We also produce tomato preserves, fruit in syrup and fruit mustard, extra-virgin oil.
